They are owned by  TTI Floor Care North America. In 1955 they built the first household vacuum with a patented Cyclone system. Since then over 25 million have been sold. Their support staff is available through mail, telephone and email. more

There are mixed reviews on the products. Some customers are not happy with some of the products. One customer said,"I purchased a Dirt Devil EnVision vacuum cleaner in February. After only having it for 3 weeks, I started having ALOT of problems with it. First of all it would leave lines of dirt/lint on my rug. It doesn't vacuum the rug very good at all.".  Other customers seem to be very happy with the products.... more

Returns take up to 4-6 weeks to be processed, and all refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. more

No, Dirt Devil doesn't ship orders to international countries as well as PO Box, APO and other military addresses. Orders are only shipped to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, The Virgin Islands and Guam. Unfortunately, Dirt Devil doesn't also ship to Canada or Puerto Rico. DirtDevil.com has many different ways to pay for items that have been ordered.  They type of acceptable payments are: MasterCard, Visa, Discover,  and American Express.  Also, if the person that has place an order happens to be from the United States, they will accept a personal check from said person. more

Items that are bought directly from dirtdevil.com have a 30 day return period.  However, it does take about 4 to 6 weeks for this process to take place after the item has been returned.  After 30 days, and up to 90 days, the product will only be returned if Dirt Devil had made a mistake on the order.  After 90 days, no return will be offered.  To receive a refund, mail the product back to: Dirt Devil, Attn: Returns, 7005 Cochron Road, Glen Willow,  Ohio  44134.  The return will be credited to the payment method. more
